Leading Through a Different Lens: Learning To See New Possibilities for Success is a fun, interactive, experiential workshop in which participants not only acquire new skills and tools but also learn to shift their mindset--the lens through which they see and think. This enables them to reconnect to what matters most re-igniting passion and engagement in the workplace. Beth Miakinin and Rachel Salzberg have coached hundreds of leaders to see through a different lens, greatly expanding their success and satisfaction.
